Certificate of Authenticity is included along with a photo of Carter signing. Proceeds benefit the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. About Michael Carter: Carter played with SMU from 1979-83, won an Olympic Silver Medal in 1984 for the shot put, and played with the San Francisco 49ers from 1984-92.

He won 3 Super Bowl Rings with the 49'ers (1985, 1989 and 1990).
