In cloth slipcase with a signed limited edition insert page. The ultimate signed Giger book. Not even Clive Barker himself has a copy anymore.

You had to know about it from their mailing list, no other way to find out about it. This book arrived and was read once and immediately placed in plastic sleeve and filed on my bookshelf next to first edition HG Wells and Conan paperbacks. This book has survived riots, earthquakes, 9/11, and many moves intact. I believe I leafed through it a second time sometime in the 2000's. As a record collector nerd, I tried to be extremely careful when I read it, in order to not stress the binding/pages/spine, nor lay the book flat on a table, or god forbid fold flat any pages.
I also stayed away from any elder gods, nameless cities, or british museums after reading. Was the first major published compendium of images by. Originally published in 1977, the book was given to director. During the pre-production of the film. Who then hired Giger to produce artwork and conceptual designs for the film. The book was originally published by Sphinx Verlag and was republished in 1993 by Morpheus International with additional artwork from Giger's Alien designs. A subsequent collection of his images followed as H. Gigers Necronomicon 2 , printed in 1985 by Edition C of Switzerland.Giger's Necronomicon is named for H. Lovecraft invented and used as a plot device in his stories.
Lovecraft's Necronomicon was a compendium of pre-human lore compiled by the fictional mad Arab Abdul Alhazred. Clean copy with a fold/bend on the lower spine. If you wish ephemera/certification regarding its ownership/provenance, I will provide a COA on Hovercraft company letterhead, but will not write in/on this book.
