RARE Pendleton Blanket Spirit of the Peoples Limited Edition 76 of 100 hand signed by C. Bishop, President and John Bishop, Chairman of Pendelton Woolen Mills. This is a new blank kept boxed. The bound edging is suede instead of the felt binding found on most Pendleton blankets. The colors and designs are truly remarkable. USA-made wool in Pendleton, Oregon mill. In 1923, President Warren Harding and his wife Florence came west to dedicate a portion of the old Oregon Trail.

At the ceremony, local chiefs presented the first lady with a Pendleton shawl inspired by our famous Chief Joseph blanket. This dynamic design was an instant hit and remains in production today. "Absolutely gorgeous, " says one customer. Twin is napped and suede bound.

Queen and king sizes are unnapped and have Ultrasuede® trim. Fabric woven in our American mills.
