10/31/1998 Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas NV. Velvet Underground Loaded costume set. Please note that this poster has imperfections. There's a crease that runs across the top margin (see photos), a 1 inch tear on the left margin, some scuffs and stains, and a +/- 2 hole where the roller of the dice's hand fell off (ironically).
