For your consideration, this is a rare, 1:20 scale, Revell Creative Masters Signature Series 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C with a plaque that is hand signed by the legendary Carroll Shelby on a brass plate mounted to the wood base and released in a limited edition of 500 (this is # 27) in 2002 by Revell Creative Masters. This item was opened only for pictures and the hand signed plaque remains bold as it was never exposed to sunlight(the tissue paper wrapped around the wood base with plaque has never been removed hence the picture of the bold signature through the tissue). This die cast replica is considered still today to be the most accurate portryal of the original Shelby Cobra 427 S/C with opening bonnet, trunk and doors and a detailed engine. Of course, it has all on the original packaging and the COA that matches the car production number(27/500). The boxes have a little finger wear from trying to open the flaps, but there are no splits, tears, holes, tags/tag residue. Note: This is the last of the Seven(7) of these that I had in my collection at one time. With the hood and trunk restraints still in place and the wood base with Carroll Shelby hand signed plaque still protected and taped (there is a small rip in the tissue), I consider this the absolute closest to new I have seen since manufacture in 2002. Again, please review all pictures for your personal opinion as to overall condition for your collecting requirements. I will miss this one, lol! A great addition to any collection and looking for a new home.
