This frame is OLD, the frame is FALLING APART. The inside the pins are on a felt and as you can see by photos it has moved. Anyone who buys this would need to reframe it and readjust it.
The inside has a plaque it says its number 51 out of 10,000. This item is also signed on that plaque by the grand marshal who was Lee Lacocca. I will be listing in the near future, coins, tokens, stamps, pins, large political collections, disney collections, so much to unpack!
